Our methodology

Customer reviews are submitted on Judge.me after purchase on brutalkittens.com. For this test deploy, we built the site against a static snapshot of the full Judge.me export (196 reviews exported on 2026-03-08). The production site (when DNS lands at brutalkittensreviews.com) will refresh from Judge.me on a 6-hour cycle.

Every review on this site carries Judge.me's verified_buyer flag — Judge.me only assigns it when the review matches a real order. We do not display unverified or anonymous reviews.

We exclude nothing verified. Negative reviews appear alongside positive ones. The full rating distribution is published on every listing page so you can see the spread (currently 174 five-star, 9 four-star, 5 three-star, 2 two-star, and 6 one-star reviews).

We display first name and last initial only (for example, "Chiara B."). Reviewer email addresses are stripped from every page of this site — they never appear in HTML, never get shipped to the client, and never appear in our structured data.

Customer photos are displayed with the implicit permission granted by submitting them through Judge.me. If you are the reviewer and want a photo removed, email [email protected] and we'll take it down within 24 hours.

Aggregate ratings are the mean of all star ratings (1–5), rounded to one decimal for display and two decimals in JSON-LD structured data. Per-design aggregates use only reviews that map to a canonical design slug via the brand's naming convention.
